QMU & ENU Delegates Visit CIF Campus

September 9, 2026

CIF recently welcomed a delegation of academic representatives from its Scottish university partners, Edinburgh Napier University (ENU) and Queen Margaret University (QMU), to the CIF campus in the New Administrative Capital.

The visit brought together representatives from both universities and CIF to strengthen academic collaboration, exchange insights, and further support the delivery of internationally recognised higher education programmes in Egypt. It also reflected the ongoing commitment of CIF and its university partners to maintaining high academic standards and supporting continuous development.

Among the visiting academic representatives was Prof. Robert Ludwiniak, Programme Leader for Cybersecurity and Forensics at Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland, who joined the visit as part of the ongoing academic collaboration between ENU and CIF. The delegation also included Prof. David Bearn, President of the QMU International Branch Campus hosted by CIF, and Prof. Soha Jardat, Academic Lead for the ENU–CIF Partnership, reflecting the continued engagement of CIF’s Scottish university partners with the academic community on campus.

The visit provided an opportunity to discuss academic programmes, teaching and learning, and the student experience across CIF’s Business, Engineering, and Physiotherapy programmes. Discussions also focused on maintaining strong academic connections between CIF and its partner universities, supporting the continued development of the programmes and student experience.

Through its partnerships with ENU and QMU, CIF hosts undergraduate programmes across Business, Engineering, and Physiotherapy, leading to globally recognised degrees. These programmes give graduates the opportunity to pursue career paths and postgraduate studies in Egypt and internationally.

The visit further strengthened the institutional collaboration between CIF and its Scottish university partners, while supporting the exchange of academic expertise and contributing to a high-quality learning environment for students in Egypt.
