Capital International Foundation for Education (CIF) has been officially established and accredited under Presidential Decree No. 36 of 2026, issued by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. This milestone marks an important step in CIF’s commitment to academic excellence and internationally aligned education.
Internationally accredited degrees awarded through CIF in partnership with Queen Margaret University (QMU) and Edinburgh Napier University (ENU) are officially recognized by the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities, ensuring academic credibility and recognition.
This recognition reflects the strong academic partnerships between CIF and its international university partners, supporting an educational experience built around established academic frameworks and internationally aligned standards.
