Terms & Conditions:

  • The Fees will be paid on Two Installments (50% on Acceptance, 50% by 1st January), Discounts will be applied on the 2nd
  • Tuition fees are subjected to an annual increase up to 10% based on the university decision.
  • Tuition fees’ categories (Merit Scholarship) are based on high school academic performance.
  • All scholarships and discounts are not to exceed 35%.

Merit scholarships are financial aid awards based on academic, artistic, athletic, or leadership achievements rather than financial need.

Note

The certificate must be updated by yearly achievement and stamped by the Ministry of Sports and Youth or the Sports Federation and the Egyptian Olympic Committee (If the student did not manage to achieve any medals yearly, unfortunately the sports scholarship will be removed or to be switched by the new achieved category).

The Tournaments\Championships will be counted for the last played competition either Nationally or Internationally.   

Top Ranked Student Scholarship:

National Certificates

The Top 10 Ranked Students of National Certificates will grantee a full scholarship, applied for all Programmers.

From the 11th to the 50th Students of National Certificates will grantee a 50% scholarship, applied for all Programmers.

The Scholarship declaration and terms will be provided by the admission department once accepted.

International Certificates

The Top 10 Ranked Students of International Certificates will grantee a full scholarship, applied for all Programmers based on the Communicated List from the British Council & ACT Egypt or the Official Certificate Provider.

From the 11th to the 50th Students Ranked Students of International Certificates will grantee a 50% scholarship, applied for all Programmers based on the Communicated List from the British Council & ACT Egypt or the Official Certificate Provider.

The Scholarship declaration and terms will be provided by the admission department once accepted.

Scholarship Discount

These discounts can be applied as a percentage off Merit scholarships

Scholarship & Discounts Terms and Conditions:

 The student must pass the academic year without any referrals and retakes, in addition to achieving the passing grade to maintain the Merit scholarship or the student will return to the standard fees category.

Academic Achievement Scholarship (Enrolled Students)

You can gain an academic achievement scholarship, depending on the following requirements:

Transportation Fees

  • Fees will be computed based on the cost and routes.
  • Transportation fees will be paid in two installments and are non-refundable.

Miscellaneous Fees

  • Application Fees: 1500 EGP (Non-Refundable).
  • Deposit: 30,000 EGP for Egyptians and 500 GBP for International Students
  • English Exam Fees (APTIS): 3000 EGP
  • Transfer Fees: 5000 EGP / 100 GBP (Paid one time & Non-Refundable).
  • The student will pay (2,500 EGP/ 100 GBP Medical Insurance & 12,500 EGP/400 GBP Lab Fees & EGP10,000/450GBP Admin fees) every year. These fees should be paid, in addition to the tuition fees upon acceptance.
  • The student will pay 5,000 EGP/GBP 100 Facility Insurance for one time (Refundable on graduation if no damage happened).
  • Exam retake Fees: 5000 EGP/100GBP.
  • Module retake Fees: 30,000 EGP/450 GBP Module.
  • Enrollment Letter: 600 EGP (An Arabic enrollment letter with a governmental stamp is issued within two weeks. Enrollment letters with a university stamp, whether Arabic or English, are issued within 2–5 working days. All requests must be submitted through the appropriate university channel and are processed upon payment of the applicable fee).

Refund Policy & Deadlines:

  • Application fees: Non-Refundable.
  • Deposit: Non-Refundable after 1st of July 2026, unless the student is rejected from the side of the University.
  • The Early Admission deadline is 1st of July 2026.
  • Tuition Fees Withdraw Policy:
  • 1st Installment Refundable during the 1st Week of classes (excluding the deposit & Medical Insurance & Admin fees) and Non-Refundable by starting the 2nd Week of classes.
  • If the student wants to withdraw after starting of the 2nd Week of classes the 1st Installment should be paid to receive your papers.
  • If the student wants to withdraw after starting of the 1st day of Classes (Sem 2), the 2rd installment is Non-Refundable
  • If the student wants to withdraw after starting of the 1st day of Classes (Sem 2), the 2nd installment should be paid to receive your papers.
  • Facility Insurance: Refundable on graduation/Withdraw, if no damage has occurred.
  • The late payment penalty policy is applied after the Installment’s due date at a rate of 2% (compounded) per Week.
  • After 1 Month from the payment deadline, if the fees are still unsettled, further actions will be taken.
